Re-Certification
for InstallationMasters™
InstallationMasters™ certifications began to expire in
July 2004. Re-certification may be obtained by taking an
open-book
re-certification test and passing with a 70% or better. Notice

The Program Administrator, Architectural Testing will contact certified InstallationMasters™
installers with
complete details about registering for re-certification three
months prior to their expiration date. If your contact information
has changed since you enrolled in the training course, please

Process Overview
Re-certification is set up on a four-year cycle. A $150 fee will apply for the re-certification test, which
is open-book. New, updated, and/or
revised information related to window and door installation
will be provided to re-certification candidates along with
the appropriate test.
The test requires the use of the
installer manual. A replacement manual may be
purchased for $65. Re-Certification
Credentials
Upon
passing the re-certification exam, installers will be issued
a new ID card and certificate which will expire in four years.
